This comment has an official response: So shocked at this review we always aim to please I do wish the client had let the team know that she was not happy and we would have dealt with the problem.as for the price I am as confused as you we do have a charge for as rough dry but it is only £10.

please let us know if will could help From: Crispiann Position: Hairdresser I had an appt for tint only, for which I was quoted 38£.

I asked for dark blonde tint and I got something that was plain brown, without a word of apology for the mistake.

I was then asked whether I wanted blow dry and I said no thanks, just tint.

The hairdresser dried my hair in 2 mins - leaving it half wet - and I was charged an extra 22£ for this.

Now captured we were given a wine list and menu.

We skipped the starter and ordered swordfish for him and chicken in cheese sauce for me and a portion of seasonal veg.

Although the swordfish was tasty as was my cheese sauce the potions were ridiculously small.

Our portion of veg consisted of 3 halved new potatos 4 carrot sticks and a few green beans.

I did suggest to birthday boy that we do a runner but he wasnt game.
